摘    要:目的 探讨心电图运动试验与血压反应的变化特点及其关系。方法 选择 2 0 2例行心电图运动试验患者 ,根据试验结果分为阳性组 4 5例 ,阴性组 15 7例 ,观察运动前、后及高峰的血压值、收缩期血压恢复反应 (SBPR)和舒张期血压恢复反应 (DBPR)。结果  (1)与阴性组比 ,阳性组的运动后 3分钟收缩压明显为高 (15 4± 2 5比 14 1±2 0 mm hg,P<0 .0 0 1)。 (2 )阳性组比阴性组的各血压反应比值均有升高趋势 (P均 <0 .0 3) ,但以 SBPR最显著(0 .880 0± 0 .15 8比 0 .7919± 0 .115 ,P=0 .0 0 0 )。 (3)以 SBPR>0 .87对于心电图运动阳性者 ,具有一定的临床预测价值。结论 心电图运动试验阳性患者 SBPR升高 ,且后者对前者具有一定的预测价值

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of postexercise blood pressure response and its association with the result of electrocardiography(ECG) exercise test. Methods Two hundred and two cases performing ECG exercise test were selected, who were divided into ECG positive group ( n =45) and negtive group ( n =157). The change of blood pressure and the values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure response (SBPR and DBPR) were determined. Results (1) The 3 min postexercise SBP value was higher in positive group than in negative group (154±25 vs 141±20 mmHg, P <0.001). (2) Compared with negative group, the raties of several postexercise blood pressure response were increased in positive group, especially its SBPR was significantly raised(0.8800±0.158 vs. 0.7919± 0.115, P =0.000). (3) It had certain value for SBPR >0.87 to predict ECG abnormality. Conclusion SBPR values raise in cases with ECG exercise test abnormality, which has a clinical predictive significance.
