坚定信心 全面贯彻实施《母婴保健法》

河南省新密市依靠政府的支持和各部门的配合，做好《母婴保健法》的贯彻实施工作。在学法、用法的过程中加强学习，组织培训，提高了认识，树立了妇幼卫生人员的执法信心。在此基础上，加强妇幼卫生基础设施建设，建立健全三级妇幼卫生服务网络，对妇幼卫生服务体系进行改革，开展监督管理，实行持证上岗制度，保证了《母婴保健法》的顺利实施。

Strengthen the Resolve to Carry out and Enforce the“Law of the Mother and Infant Health of the Peoples Republic of China”in an All Round Way

Relying on the support of government and the coordination of departments,the “Law of the Mother and Infant Health of the Peoples Republic of China” was overall carried out and put into effect in Xinmi City.By studying the “Law of the Mother and Infant Health of the Peoples Republic of China”,the government and the MCH staff of the city set up the confidence of carrying out the law.The construction of basic MCH facilities was strengthened and the three class MCH service nets were set up and perfected and the MCH service system was reformed in Xinmi City.The control management was developed and the rule that the MCH staff must have certificate of soundness was carried out in the city.So the “Law of the Mother and Infant health of the Peoples Republic of China” was successfully carried out in Xinmi City.
