| 摘 要： | 为探讨中药瘫复康治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效 ,将 12 0例患者随机分为两组 ,其中对照组 6 0例采用常规西药治疗 ,治疗组 6 0例在西药常规治疗的基础上加服瘫复康 ,两组均以 14天为1个疗程。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 98 3% ,疗效明显优于对照组的 76 7% (P <0 0 5 )。提示瘫复康对急性脑梗死具有较好的临床疗效

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of "Tan Fu Kang" in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, 120 cases were randomized into two groups: control group in which 60 cases were treated by routine western medicines and treatment group in which another 60 cases were treated by western medicines in combination with "Tan Fu Kang", with a course of 14 days. Result: The total effective rate was 98.3% in treatment group and 76.7% in control group, P<0.05. It is revealed that "Tan Fu Kang" is an effective herbal drug for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. |
