肝癌微创消融治疗的选择与疗效评价

肝癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，肝移植、手术切除、肝动脉栓塞、微创消融治疗是目前常用的几种治疗手段。然而，多数患者并不能从前三种治疗手段中获益。近年来，随着科学技术的不断发展，影像学方法引导下的多种局部消融技术开始蓬勃发展。微创消融治疗具有创伤小、患者痛苦小、恢复快、治疗效果明显等优点，能够较好改善患者的生活质量。本文就肝癌微创消融治疗的选择和疗效进行探讨。

Selection and therapeutic evaluation of minimally-invasive ablation therapy for liver cancer

Liver cancer is one of the most common malignancies in China. Orthotopic liver transplantation, smgical resection, transcatheter arterial embolization and minimally-invasive ablation therapy are common methods for the treatment of live cancer. Unfortunately, most patients can＇ t benefit from the first three treatments. With the continuous development of science and technology, a variety of local ablation techniques under the guidance of imaging have been adopted. Local ablation therapies have the advantages of mini-invasion, little pain, quick recovery and better treatment effects. It is also noted that local ablation therapies can improve the life quality of the patients. This paper provides an updated discussion on the use of minimally-invasive ablation therapy for liver cancer.
