左氧氟沙星注射液联合喜炎平注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察左氧氟沙星注射液联合喜炎平注射液治疗成人社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者的应用价值。方法选取本院感染疾病科2013年1月至2013年10月份收治的成人CAP患者共84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例,对照组采用静脉滴注左氧氟沙星注射液及对症等疗法治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用喜炎平注射液静脉点滴。结果观察组患者有效率为92.86%,疗效显著优于对照组(有效率为76.19%),差异具有统计学意义(x^2=4.459,P=0.035),两组患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论采用左氧氟沙星联合喜炎平治疗社区获得性肺炎可以取得良好的临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in adults. Methods Total of 84 adult patients with CAP in the Department of Infectious Diseases in Civil Aviation General Hospital from January to October 2013 were enrolled. The subjects were randomly divided into test goup and control group (42 cases in each group). The control group received intravenous levofloxacin and symptomatic therapy, while Xiyanping intravenous injection was given to the test group additionally. Results The treatment result of test group (effective rate as 92.86%) were significantly superior to that of the control group (effective rate as 76.19%) (x^2= 4.459, P = 0.035). No adverse reaction was reported in the two groups. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of CAP could achieve good clinical results.
