经脐单部位腹腔镜治疗小儿隐睾42例

目的 探讨经脐单部位腹腔镜治疗小儿隐睾的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年10月，新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院对42例（49侧）隐睾患儿采取经脐单部位切口腹腔镜技术治疗隐睾，完成手术操作。结果 42例患儿手术均获成功，手术时间30—50min，平均40．2min；住院时间4～5d，平均4．5d。无中转开腹及改变手术方式病例。术后随访时间1～6个月，其中2例单侧睾丸萎缩；没有回缩及切口感染发生。结论 经脐单部位腹腔镜治疗小儿隐睾安全有效技术可行，值得推广。

Transumbilical single-port iaparoscopic treatment for children with cryptorchidism in 42 cases

Objective To explore the clinical value of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic treatment for children with cryptorchidism. Methods transumbilical single-port laparoseopic technique to From January 2012 to October 2013, we performed treat children with cryptorchidism, and a total of 42 cases （49 sides） were retrospectively analyzed. Results The operations were successful in all 42 cases without any conversion or change the surgery approach. The mean operation time was 40.2 （30 to 50） minutes. The hospital stay was 4 to 5 days, the average hospital stay was 4.5 days. All cases Were followed up for 1 to 6 months. Unilateral testicularatrophy occurred in 2 cases. There were no testicular retraction and wound infection. Conclusion Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic treatment for children with cryptorchidism is safe, effective and feasible,which is worthy to be generalized.
