健神抗衰片抗衰老药效学研究

目的观察健神抗衰片(由人工虫草菌丝体、玄驹、西洋参等组成)抗衰老、调节免疫、改善记忆等药效作用,并与天然冬虫夏草配成的复方制剂比较其作用.方法将小鼠分为生理盐水对照组、衰老模型组、冬虫夏草对照组、健神抗衰片高、中、低剂量组,进行抗脂质过氧化、调节免疫、改善东莨菪碱致记忆获得障碍试验.用药28d,测全血MDA、SOD、GSH-Px,血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-8及DTH、PFC和巨噬细胞吞噬功能.测定体重、胸腺重、脾重并计算其脏器系数.观察跳台试验错误次数.结果健神抗衰片降低MDA含量明显,升高SOD、GSH-Px活性,增加胸腺重量及系数,提高IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平及三项免疫指标水平,减少小鼠的跳台错误次数;尤以高、中剂量组更为明显,与衰老模型组比较,具有显著的统计学意义;多数指标改善程度优于复方虫草对照组.结论用人工虫草菌丝体代替野生冬虫夏草组成的健神抗衰片能通过抗脂质过氧化、调节免疫、改善记忆起到抗衰老作用.

Pharmacodynamic Studies on Antiagi ng Effects of Jianshen Kangshuai Tablets

Objective To observe the antiaging,immunity- regulating and memory- improving actions of Jianshen Ka ngshuai Tablets (JKT,mainly composed of cultured Cordyceps sinensii ( Berk) sacc.,Americanginseng and ants) and to compare its effects with those of the preparations containing natural Cordyceps sinensis mycelium.Methods Mice were randomized into saline control group, aging model control, Cordyceps sinensii ( Berk) sacc.group and JKT groups (high- ,moderate- and low- doses).Effects of JKT on anti- lipid peroxidation, immunity regulation and improvi ng memory- obstruction induced by hyoscine were examined.After 28- day medication,blood levels of MDA, SOD and GSH- Px were detected;serum levels of IL- 1,IL- 6,IL- 8, DTH and PFC were examined and macrophage phagocytosis test was carried out.The weight of body, thymus gland and spleen were measured as well as the ratio of organs and body weight.The station- jumpi ng test was used to observe the times of memory errors.Results JKT could decrease the content of MDA, elevate the activities of SOD and GSH- Px,and increase the weight of thymus senescence and its ratio as well as serum levels of IL- 1,IL- 6,IL- 8 and DTH, PFC and macrophage phagocytosis;JKT,especially in moderate dose and high does,could also reduce the times of memory errors in jumping station,the difference bei ng significant as compared with the aging model group.The improvement of most indexes in JKT groups was superior to that in cordyceps sinensii ( Berk) sacc.group.Conclusion JKT has antiaging action and its therapeutic mechanism is related to counteracti ng lipid peroxidation, regulating immunity and improving memory.
