| 摘 要： | 目的和方法：运用多普勒超声技术监测２３３例药物流产患者服药前后的滋养层血流变化。结果：药物流产成功２１１例,失败２２例。服药后随时间的延长药物流产成功组的滋养层血流显示率及Ｖｍａｘ逐渐减低,ＲＩ逐渐增加;药物流产失败组的滋养层血流Ｖｍａｘ则先减低后增加而ＲＩ则先增加后减低,与成功组对照差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：多普勒超声监测药物流产患者的滋养层血流变化较单纯运用二维超声监测在判定药物流产是否成功上更敏感。

| Abstract: | Objective and Methods:The trophoblastic blood flow of 233 medical abortion cases were monitorred by ultrasonography.Results:Medical abortion succeeded in 211 cases,failed in 22 cases.In the course of medication,the display rate and Vmax decresed,RI increased in successful group.However,in failure group,Vmax decreased in earlier stage,increased in later stage,RI increased in earlier stage and decresed in later stage( P <0 05).Conclusion:Trophoblastic blood flow is not only the sign of early pregnancy but also help to judge whether the medical abortion succeeded.Doppler monitoring the trophoblast flow is more sensitive than 2 D ultrasonography. |
