| 摘 要： | 目的探讨职业病患者的医院感染相关因素及护理对策。方法对2009年1—12月111例职业病住院患者进行回顾性调查,收集相关因素资料。结果慢性苯中毒、三氯乙烯(TCE)药疹样皮炎的患者医院感染发生率较高,占总感染者(20例次)的65%。结论采取有效措施,积极预防和控制医院感染相关因素,可提高职业病患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To discuss the relevant factors and nursing countermeasures for nosocomial infection of patients with occupational diseases.[Methods]Retrospective investigation was performed on 111 inpatients with occupational diseases during January to December 2009,the data of relevant factors were collected.[Results]The incidence of nosocomial infection was high on patients with chronic benzene poisoning,Trichloroethylene （TCE） medicamentosa-like dermatitis,occupying 65% of total cases （20 cases）[Conclusion]Adopting effective measures,positively preventing and controlling nosocomial infection can improve the life quality of patients with occupational disease. |
