摘    要:小鼠在交配前或交配后口服双炔失碳酯(Anordrin),可明显地减慢受精卵在生殖道中的运行速度,被回收的卵子数也减少。在交配前给药,部分受精卵虽可到达子宫,但大多数不能正常发育;在交配后给药,全部受精卵均滞留于输卵管中。体外受精试验表明,双炔失碳酯在Bww培养液中的浓度超过1.56μg/ml时,实验组和对照组卵子的受精率有显著差别(P<0.01)。

Abstract:The rate of egg transport was slowed down significantly in mice treated orally with Anordrin before or after mating and the number of eggs recovered from the female tract was decreased. In animals treated before mating, though a part of fertilized eggs could enter the uterus, most of them developed abnormally. In contrast, as the compound was given postcoitally, all fertilized eggs were withheld within the tube. In vitro fertilization experiments showed that when the dosage of Anordrin was more than 1.56 μg/ml in BWW medium, the in vitro fertilization rate decreased significantly in comparison with control, (P<0.01).
