Syndecan-1(CD138)在大肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的 :有研究表明Syndecan - 1与部分人肿瘤的浸润和转移有一定的关系。本研究旨在探讨大肠腺癌组织中Syndecan - 1的表达及其在本病发展过程中的作用。材料与方法 :用免疫组化染色方法检测了 5 1例大肠腺癌及 2 0例癌旁异性增生组织和 2 0例正常肠组织中Syndecan - 1的表达。结果 :大肠腺癌组织中Syndecan - 1表达阳性率明显低于正常肠组织和癌旁异性增生组织 ,分别为 39.2 %、80 %和 75 %。大肠癌组织中Syndecan - 1的表达与淋巴结转移、远处转移、组织类型及Ducks分期差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,与年龄和肿瘤直径差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :大肠癌组织中Syndecan - 1的表达与肿瘤进展有一定的关系 ,可视为一种反映大肠癌生物侵袭性的有价值的标志物。

Enhanced Expression of Syndecan-1 in Human Colorectal Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

Objective: To study the relationship Syndecan-1 expression in colorectal carcinoma and invasive characters in colorectal carcinoma. Methods: the expression of Syndecan-1 was observed in 51 colorectal carcinoma cases, 20 normal mucosa cases, and 20 adenoma tissue cases using streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry. Results: All the cases of normal colorectal mucous (20 cases) expressed Syndecan-1. The positive rate expression of Syndecan-1 was 39.2% in colorectal carcinomas cases and 75% in dysplasia tissues. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference of Syndecan-1 between normal and cancerous tissues (P<0.01). The staining intensity of Syndecan-1 bored a close relation with the pattern of tumor infiltration, the lymph-node metastasis, distant metastasis, Dukes stages, and tumor grade (P<0.05). Conclusion: They might be an indictor for predicting the potential metastasis and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
