| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨银杏叶制剂 (GbE)、丹参对实验性急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)兔血液流变学、肾功能的影响。方法 :用 5 0 %的甘油 10ml/kg行兔后肢肌肉加压注射 ,建立ARF动物模型 ,观察不同时相血液流变学、肾功能 (血Cr、BUN)的改变 ,并给予GbE、丹参注射液处理。结果 :ARF组肾功能明显下降 ,血液流变学指标明显异常。GbE组、丹参组动物血液流变学指标明显改善 ;肾功能得到保护。结论 :GbE、丹参对甘油所致ARF家兔的血液流变性、肾功能有明显的保护作用 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of GbE and Tanshin on hemorheological and renal function(blood Cr?BUN) indexes in acute renal failure(ARF) in rabbits.Method: The models of ARF were established by high pressure injection of 50% glycerine into muscle of hind legs in rabbits.The details of hemorrhology,Blood Cr?BUN were observed before and after ARF,as well as the treatment.Results: The renal function remarkably declined in ARF,meanwhile,hemorrheological indexes were evidently abnormal.On the contrary,in the GbE+ARF and the Ts+ARF,the hemorheological indexes were obviously better than in the ARF,Furthermore,the renal function was improved.Conclusion: The GbE and Tanshim can prevent hemorrheological indexes on ARF by injection of glycerine in rabbites. |
