应用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗肺癌的护理

目的探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗肺癌不良反应的护理。方法对27例肺癌患者采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗，化疗前抗过敏预处理，实施心理护理，BD针的一次性应用，化疗过程中加强护理，观察药物的毒副作用，并进行针对性护理。结果本组无过敏反应发生，无药物外渗，无严重胃肠道反应发生和骨髓抑制，未见明显关节肌肉疼痛，均有不同程度的脱发，所有患者均顺利完成化疗。结论严格交接班、准确及时给予抗过敏药应用，加强观察药物的毒副作用，并针对化疗药物的不良反应给予相应的护理措施，可大幅减轻化疗的不良反应，保证化疗过程顺利完成和达到预期的治疗效果．提高患者的生存质量。
