| 摘 要： | 目的观察胶原蛋白海绵在预防阻生牙拔除后干槽症发生的作用。方法我院口腔外科门诊200例阻生牙拔除患者，随机分成实验组（术中拔牙创内填塞胶原蛋白海绵）和对照组（术后拔牙创内不使用任何药物及材料），每组各100名患者。结果实验组2例发生术后干槽症，对照组发生11例，发生率11％，二组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论胶原蛋白海绵在预防阻生牙拔除后干槽症有显著疗效。
