| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无钛夹小操作孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的操作技巧和疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年6月-2010年12月深圳市南山区西丽人民医院共完成应用无钛夹小操作孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术80例，男性30例，女性50例．慢性阑尾炎26例，急性单纯性阑尾炎35例，急性化脓性阑尾炎11例，急性坏疽性阑尾炎8例。手术操作孔均用5mm套管，阑尾系膜及阑尾根部采用腹腔镜腔内打结，聚丙烯线结扎法，无需钛夹。结果80例均顺利完成腹腔镜下手术，无中转开腹。平均手术时间40min。术后无出血及切口感染等并发症发生。结论无钛夹小操作孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术具有创伤小、康复快、安全可靠、手术费用低的优点，工作时间较传统开腹阑尾切除手术快，消除了钛夹留置体内对患者心理及磁共振检查不利影响.
