辛伐他汀对血脂正常高血压患者炎症因子的影响

目的观察辛伐他汀对血脂正常高血压患者炎症因子高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平的影响。方法选择2008年1月-2010年6月在武警湖北省总队医院心血管内科门诊或住院的符合标准的血脂正常高血压患者120例，随机分为对照组（60例）与治疗组（60例），对照组患者予非洛地平缓释片治疗，治疗组患者在予非洛地平缓释片治疗基础上加服辛伐他汀（20mg／d），治疗12周。分别于治疗前后检测患者血压及血清hs—CRP、TNF—α和IL-6水平。结果治疗前两组患者血压及血清hs—CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。治疗12周后，两组患者血压及血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平均比治疗前明显降低（P均〈0．01），但治疗组下降更显著，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论辛伐他汀对血脂正常高血压患者能协同降压，抑制炎症反应，从而有益于血压的控制。

Influence of Simvastatin on Inflammatory Factors in Hypertension Patients with Normal Blood Lipid Level

Objective To observe the influence of Simvastatin on inflammatory factors hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in hypertension patients with normal blood lipid level. Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension and normal blood lipid level were randomly divided into control group （60 cases ） and therapy group （60 cases ）. The control group was treated with Felodipine; the therapy group was treated with Simvastatin 20 mg/d based on Felodipine for 12 weeks. The hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were examined before and after therapy. Results Before therapy, there was no significant difference in both blood pressure and the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 on serum（ P 〉 0.05 all）. However, blood pressure and the levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 on serum were lower than those in control group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） after 12 weeks. Conclusion Simvastatin can decrease blood pressure in patients with hypertension and normal blood lipid level. Simvastatin might decrease inflammatory reaction and have good effect to control blood pressure.
