学龄期儿童肥胖干预对身高发育水平的影响

目的对学龄期儿童进行群体性肥胖干预，探讨儿童肥胖干预对儿童身高发育水平的影响。方法在厦门市肥胖发生率较高的地区选择条件基本相同的两所小学，1所为干预学校，1所为对照学校。干预学校开展“中国／WHO以肥胖控制为切入点发展健康促进项目”活动，对照学校不开展相关活动。2006年4月-2010年4月，对两所学校各840名学生进行每月～次的身高、体重监测，持续监测5年。结果干预后，干预学校学生的超重率和肥胖率显著下降（X2=27．198，P〈0．001），干预学校学生的体质指数（BMI）均值下降明显，与对照学校学生比较，差异有统计学意义（t=-93．814，P〈0．01）。干预学校学生干预后的BMI值与干预前BMI值相减求差值，对照学校学生也与自己干预前BMI值相减求差值，对两组差值进行独立样本t检验，差异有统计学意义（t=-89．785，P〈0．01）。干预学校学生干预后的身高值与干预前身高值相减求差值，对照学校学生也与干预前身高值相减求差值，对两组差值进行独立样本t检验，差异无统计学意义（t=-1．117，P〉0．05）。结论对学龄期儿童进行肥胖干预不会影响儿童的身高发育。要有效地控制儿童肥胖，需要创造良好的控胖环境支持，需要学校、家长、社会共同开展长期的、多方面的、可持续性的干预活动。
