老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后的护理干预

目的探讨老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）后的护理措施。方法对淮北市人民医院2008年12月-2010年12月收治的40例65岁以上的老年患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除，同时术后给予积极护理干预的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果胆囊结石25例，胆囊息肉10例，结石合并息肉5例；合并高血压4例，合并心脏病7例，合并糖尿病9例，合并慢性支气管炎6例，合并前列腺增生8例。40例患者手术顺利，术后胆瘘1例，术后腹腔出血1例，术后呼吸道感染4例，术后排尿困难5例，经积极治疗及护理，39例3～7d出院，1例16d后出院。结论术后合理的呼吸道护理及饮食指导，积极观察生命体征变化，及时有效的并发症护理及心理护理对患者术后恢复起重要作用。

Nursing Care of Elderly Patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
