| 摘 要： | 目的分析导致行为测试产生误差的原因。方法在491例听力损失患儿中,对7个月～2.5岁的患儿采用视觉强化测听法（VRA）或辅助行为观察法（BOA）进行测试;2.5岁以上的患儿采用游戏测听法进行测试;将裸耳听阈测试结果与听觉脑干诱发反应、40 Hz听觉诱发电位、多频稳态诱发电位等客观检查进行对比。结果裸耳听阈测试结果与客观检查结果偏差大于30 dB以上者12例,偏差在20～30 dB者16例,可信度达87.78%。而助听听阈与术后评估听阈的数值无法与客观检查进行比较。但因听阈阈值的减小易配合,偏差数值减少。可信度可增加。结论测试环境、测试设备、测试技术、家长情绪、实际工作经验、受检者以及测试者自身因素均会导致行为测试的误差。
