| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗遵医用药的状况，探讨全程护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。方法运用自行设计的问卷，对45例慢性乙型肝炎患者在应用核苷类似物或干扰素抗病毒治疗的基础上实施全程护理干预，包括抗病毒前的心理干预、个性化的健康教育；抗病毒期间的用药宣教、治疗依从性的教育、饮食指导、建立良好的沟通平台、加强不良反应的观察及抗病毒治疗后的定期随访等系统护理干预措施，比较患者干预前后相关知识及治疗依从性的差别，并对结果进行数据分析。结果干预后患者充分认识到治疗的意义和目的以及遵守医嘱的重要性，不同程度掌握了乙肝抗病毒治疗的相关知识，治疗依从性明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论系统的有针对性的护理干预能明显提高慢乙肝患者抗病毒治疗的依从性，提高疗效，促进康复，降低复发率，提高患者生存质量。
