泌尿系细菌L型感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的探讨泌尿系细菌L型感染病原菌分布及耐药性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对188例次泌尿系细菌L型感染患者进行尿标本细菌培养及药敏试验,采用K—B法进行药物敏感试验。结果泌尿系细菌L型感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主,其次为革兰阳性球菌、真菌。其中大肠埃希菌居第1位,占37.77%,占革兰阴性杆菌的63.39%;其次,肠球菌属占16.49%,葡萄球菌属占9.57%,念珠菌属占8.51%。药敏试验显示,泌尿系细菌L型感染病原菌对多种抗菌药物产生了不同程度的耐药性,但革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、大部分革兰阴性杆菌对亚胺培南敏感率为100.0%,鲍曼不动杆菌、克雷伯杆菌对亚胺培南呈不同程度耐药;产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌检出率是28.17%。结论泌尿系细菌L型感染病原菌以条件致病菌为主,且耐药性较为严重,应采取有效措施控制耐药菌的流行趋势。
