| 摘 要： | 目的探讨依达拉奉联合血塞通对急性脑梗死患者凝血纤溶系统的影响。方法将79例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组39例，给予注射用血塞通每日0．4g静脉滴注，治疗组40例，在对照组用药基础上加用依达拉奉注射液每日30mg静脉滴注，疗程14d。治疗前及治疗后第14天分别测定患者的凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）和纤维蛋白原（Fg），并进行美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分。结果治疗第14天，治疗组血赡浓度及NIHSS评分较对照组明显降低（P〈0．05），血浆PT、APTT和TT值两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论依达拉奉对血塞通治疗急性脑梗死患者血浆胛、APTT和TT值无明显影响，但能够降低患者血浆Fg的浓度，进一步改善神经功能缺损症状。
