母亲血糖异常对子女的影响

目的探讨和评价母亲血糖异常对所生子女的影响。方法选择母亲糖尿病合并妊娠的儿童286例,母亲怀孕期间患有妊娠期糖尿病的儿童278例,与母亲无血糖异常的儿童310例,分别空腹静脉采血进行胰岛自身抗体胰岛细胞抗体（ICA）、胰岛素抗体（IAA）、谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体（GAD）等]测定,进行比较。结果母亲有妊娠期糖尿病或妊娠合并糖尿病的儿童组中,胰岛自身抗体阳性检出率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,差异有统计学意义。结论母亲有妊娠期糖尿病或糖尿病合并妊娠的儿童今后患糖尿病的几率高于母亲怀孕期间无血糖异常的儿童。
