| 摘 要： | 目的通过静息心电图（ECG）上ST—T改变于冠脉造影结果之间的相关性分析，探讨心电图ST—T改变能否作为诊断冠心病的诊断依据。方法选择冠脉造影结果均为阳性的冠心病患者156例，回顾性分析其心电图结果，同时对病变的冠状动脉进行分组，观察心电图与不同病变动脉之间的关系。结果全部156例CAG阳性患者ECG出现ST-T改变的有104例，阳性率为66．6％；单支病变64例，ECG阳性为36例，阳性率56．2％；双支病变53例，ECG阳性为33例，阳性率62．2％；三支及左主干病变39例，ECG阳性为33例，阳性率84．6％。在57例左前降支单支病变中出现前壁心电图ST—T改变的有18例，定位符合率为31．5％。在冠心病合并高血压病的病例中心电图ST-T改变的阳性率更高。结论静息心电图对冠心病的诊断有一定的价值，但要和其他临床资料及实验室检查相结合；心电图相关导联ST-T的改变对心肌缺血的定位诊断价值不大。
