| 摘 要： | 目的观察通脉降脂软胶囊对Wistar大鼠的毒性。方法将Wistar大鼠分为空白对照组、通脉降脂软胶囊36、72、144g/kg四个剂量组连续给大鼠灌胃1个月。于实验中期、结束期和恢复期分别进行血液、生化及病理组织学检查。结果实验结束时低剂量组部分生化学检查异常,中剂量组血小板稍低,但恢复期低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义。其他血液学、生化学及病理组织学检测与对照组比较均差异无统计学意义。结论通脉降脂软胶囊无蓄积性毒性作用。
