中国亚健康研究及干预对策的探讨

亚健康是机体在内外环境不良刺激下引起心理、生理发生异常变化，但尚未达到明显病理性反映的程度。是处于疾病与健康之间的一种生理机能低下的状态。国内外很多专家学者都表示了对这一问题的关注。为了更好的研究亚健康，笔者从亚健康的流行、影响因素、临床表现和分型、干预措施等方面对亚健康问题进行综述。
