| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨山羊房室束及束支的形态学特点和组织学构筑。方法 取 2 3例山羊His束及其束支的组织块 ,常规石蜡切片 ,HE、VanGieso或Masson间隔染色 ,光镜观察。结果 羊房室束长 2～ 3mm ,厚 0 .5～ 0 .75mm ,高 2～ 2 .5mm。其内传导细胞有浦肯野细胞、移行细胞和起搏细胞。结论 羊房室束与其他动物类似 ,但体积较小 ,其内传导细胞主要是浦肯野细胞 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the morphological features,histological architecture of His' bundle and its branches in goats.Methods Using technique of paraffin section ,Van Gieson and Masson staining, the His' bundles and their branches in 23 goats were observed under light microscope. Results The size of His' bundle was 2～3*!mm long,thicknes 0.5～0.75*!mm and heigh 2～2.5*!mm.The transfer cells of the bundle were composed of Purkenje cells, transitional cells and pacemarker cells . Conclusions The goat's His' bundle is similar to that of other animals but smaller, the conducting cell in it is mainly Purkenje cells. |
