临床科室风险系数确定方法及其应用

目的探讨计算临床科室风险系数的方法。方法选取病案病例分型和抢救危重病人次数资料．应用Ridit方法分析评价。结果计算得到调整平均Ridit值=各科室平均Ridit值＋各科室抢救危重病人比值作为临床科室风险系数．并根据其可信区间将临床科室分为一、二、三类临床风险科室。结论每月计算调整平均Ritil值作为临床科室风险系数并分类比较客观准确地动态反映了临床科室收治病人和临床风险情况。

Application on the Calculating Method for Risk Coefficient of Clinical Sections

Objective To study the method on calculating the risk coefficient of clinical sections,Methods Based on the data of the medical records and the hospitalchart, the case varieties and the rescue times of intensive patients were selected and Lyzed by Ridit method. Results We were obtained the adjusted average Rid;t value which can be used as a new data to evaluate the risk coefficient of clinical sections by summarizing the average Ridit value and the rescue intensive patients ratio. The clinical sections were devided into three species with different risk degree accordingto the confidence interval of the risk coefficient, Conclusion The adjusted average Ridit value of each mouth, used as the risk coefficient of clinical sections, can reflec tdynamically the admitting inpatients and the clinical risk more exactly and moreo bjectively.
