牛膝联合塞来昔布治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的:观察牛膝联合塞来昔布治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:66例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组33例;对照组33例。实验组给予牛膝及塞来昔布口服,对照组给予塞来昔布及盐酸氨基葡萄糖口服,疗程12周。应用目测类比评分法(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节功能量表(LKSS)比较治疗前后4周、8周、12周功能和症状改善情况。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者膝关节疼痛、膝关节功能均有改善(P<0.05),实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,实验组仍优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12周后,实验组和对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:牛膝联合塞来昔布可较快改善早期膝关节骨性关节炎的功能和症状,与盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合塞来昔布的长期疗效相当。

The Clinical Observation for Treatmentof Eaply Knee Osteoarthritis with Bibentatae and Celecoxid

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Bibentatae and Celecoxid for the treatment of eaply knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods:Sixty-five patients were divided into two groups,33 patients in the treatment guoup.The patients in the control group were given bibentatae and celecoxid,and patients in the control guoup were given celecoxid and glucosamine hydrochloride for twelve weeks.To compare the efficacy of treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks application of visual analogous scale(VAS)and Lysholm knee scale(LKSS).Results:After 4 weeks treatment,both groups of knee pain and knee function were improved(P <0.05),the experimental group than the control group(P <0.05);After 8 weeks,the experimental group than for the control group(P <0.05);After 12 weeks,the experimental group and control group were no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Bibentatae with celecoxid can be quickly to improve the function and symptoms of early knee osteoarthritis,with the considerable long-term efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride.
