芪七连胶囊合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压病的临床研究

目的:观察芪七连胶囊治疗高血压病的疗效及对高血压病相关危险因素的影响。方法:将106例高血压病患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例、对照组50例。两组均口服硝苯地平缓释片,治疗组加服芪七连胶囊,对照组加服清脑降压胶囊。两组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组降压总有效率为92.86%,对照组为84.00%,两组降压疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后4周均能改善收缩压和舒张压,但两组无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)升高,治疗前后比较差异均有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组治疗后TC、LDL-C、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:芪七连胶囊降压疗效与清脑降压胶囊相当,但在改善临床症状,降低血脂、hs-CRP等危险因素方面优于清脑降压胶囊。

On Hypertension Treated by Qiqilian Capsules and Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets

Objective: To observe the effect of qiqilian capsules on hyperten-sion and relevant risk factors of blood biochemical indexes. Methods: One hundred and six patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 in the treatment group and 50 in the control group. Expect for nifedipine sustained release tablets given to both groups,qiqilian capsules were added to the treatment group and qingnao jiangya capsules to thecontrol group. The medication lasted for 4 weeks. Results:The total antihypertensive effect rate was 92.86% in the treatment group while 84.00% in the control group,so the effect in both groups was of no statistical significance(P> 0.05). After the treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were improved,and symptoms in treatment group were greatly improved compared with control group (P<0.05). Serum total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),and low density lipoprotein cholestero(lLDL-C)were decreased in both groups,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)was increased with significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Changes of TC,LDL-C and hs-CRP in treatment group were better that those in control group with significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion:The antihypertensive effect of qiqilian capsules and qingnao jiangya capsules is similar,while better effect on symptoms,serum lipid,homocysteine(Hcy)and hs-CRP is observed in treatment group.
