摘    要:目的 前瞻性评价经皮椎体成形术和正规非手术治疗应用于疼痛性新鲜骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的早期临床疗效.方法 将122例入选患者随机分为PVP治疗组(A组)和非手术治疗组(B组),采用视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)和活动能力评分评价疗效,记录原始评分及实验开始后1d、2周、1、6个月、1年时评分并比较分析.结果 完整随访80例,A组47例;B组33例.实验开始后各随访时间点评分,A组均明显优于B组(P<0.05).1d时A组疼痛缓解率91%(43/47),非手术组24%(8/33).结论 PVP术可以迅速缓解患者疼痛,提高患者活动能力.早期临床随访结果显示,其明显优于正规非手术治疗.

Percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures: A randomized and controlled trial
Abstract:Objective To prospectively assess the short-term clinical outcome of patients with fresh painful osteoporostic compression fractures (VCFs) treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) vs regular non-operative treatment (RNT).Methods All the 122 patients were divided into two groups randomly: PVP group (A group) and RNT group (B group).The clinical therapeutic effect was evaluated by VAS and locomotor activity scoring.The primitive scores of all patients and score at 1st day,2nd week,1st month,6th month and 1st year after experiment were recorded and analyzed.Results Eight patients were followed up completely,including 47 cases in A group and 33 cases in B group,respectively.The scores of A group in this experiment were significantly better than in non-operative group at different time points (P<0.05).There was significant difference in VAS and locomotor activity scoring between two groups on the day 1 post-PVP operation (P<0.05).Conclusion PVP can promptly relief the pain of the patients and improve locomotor activity.The clinical follow-up result revealed that PVP had a better clinical therapeutic effect than RNT.
