四川省凉山州公务员血脂水平调查分析

目的 评估凉山州公务员血清三酰甘油(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,描述血脂谱的流行特征.方法 于2008年11月至2010年8月完成9 903名凉山州公务员的健康体检,其中男5 872名,女4 031名,按年龄段分为20～29、30～39、40～49、50～59、60～69、≥70岁,检测其血脂指标.结果 凉山州公务员TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C的标准化均数依次为(1.87±1.61)、(4.66±0.88)、(1.39±0.33)、(2.59±0.71)mmol/L,血脂异常及边缘异常患病率分别为34.6%、24.5%,其中HDL-C降低的百分比构成远低于其他三项,标准化患病率仅为12.2%.结论 凉山州公务员血脂异常和边缘异常的患病率均较高,人群血脂异常主要表现为高TG和高TC.

Iinvestigation of blood lipid levels of Liangshan prefecture civil servants of Sichuan province

Objective To assess the levels of serum triglyceride（TG）,serum total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） among the government officials in Liangshan,and to demonstrate the epidemiological characteristics.Methods 9 903 Liangshan government officials,including 5 872 males and 4 031 females,underwent physical examinations from November 2008 to August 2010.They were divided into 20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60-69,≥ 70 years age groups and serum lipid levels were detected.Results The standardized mean of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C of Liangshan government officials were respectively（1.87±1.61）mmol/L,（4.66±0.88）mmol/L,（1.39±0.33）mmol/L,and（2.59±0.71）mmol/L.The edge of dyslipidemia and abnormal prevalence rates were 34.6% and 24.5% respectively,in which the reduction percentage of HDL-C were much lower than the other three,with only 12.2%.Conclusion The edge and abnormal blood lipid abnormalities of Liangshan government officials are both high.The prevalence of high blood lipid disorders are characterized by high TG and high TC.
