常熟地区5668例健康体检人群血脂血糖尿酸结果分析

目的 调查分析常熟地区健康人群的血脂、血糖、尿酸水平.方法 选择2011年1～6月来该市医院进行健康体检人群共5 668例,检测其三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、血糖(Glu )、尿酸(UA).结果 5 668例体检人群中,TG、TC、Glu、UA的异常检出率分别为21.74%、4.09%、5.77%、8.35%,其中男性在41～50年龄段各指标的异常检出率为最高,女性则以51～60年龄段为最高.UA、Glu的异常检出率随年龄增加而升高,与性别无相关性.结论本地区成人的TG、TC、Glu、UA异常率较高且随年龄增加而升高,应加强人们的健康教育,倡导健康的生活方式.

Survey and analysis on levels of blood lipd,blood sugar and uric acid in healthy population in Changshu area

Objective To investigate and analyze the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),glucose(Glu) and ucric acid(UA) of healthy people in Changshu area.Methods TG,TC,Glu and UA in 5 668 cases of healthy people for physical examination in our hospital from January to June 2011 were detected and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results The abnormal rates of TG,TC,Glu and UA were 21.74%,4.09%,5.77% and 8.35% respectively.Among them,male 41-50 years age group and female 51-60 years age group had the maximum abnormal rates.The abnormal rates of UA and Glu were increased with advancing age and both of them had no correlation with sex.Conclusion The abnormal rates of TG,TC,Glu and UA in Changshu area are very high and increased with advancing age,so we should strengthen the health care education and promote the healthy lifestyle.
