风湿性疾病血液中多项炎症指标比较分析

目的 观察常见风湿性疾病血液中多项炎症指标,分析比较其在疾病过程中的临床意义及相关性,探讨选择敏感简便快捷的检测指标作为临床对病程的监测和疗效的观察.方法 检测132例常见风湿性疾病活动期的免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM,补体C3、C4,C-反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率、白细胞、血小板参数,并与经治疗后的风湿性疾病稳定期和健康体检者进行比较和统计学处理分析.结果 风湿性疾病活动期C-反应蛋白、血小板分布宽度、大血小板比率明显高于稳定期和恢复期(P＜0.01).结论 血小板分布宽度、大血小板比率与C-反应蛋白和风湿性疾病活动期有显著相关性,可作为风湿性疾病活动期的疗效观察、病程监测的一个敏感检验指标.

Comparative analysis on blood multiple inflammatory markers in rheumatic disease

Objective To observe blood multiple inflammatory markers in common rheumatic diseases,to analyse and compare their clinical significance in the disease process and correlation,and to select sensitive,simple and rapid detection indexes for minitoring the disease course and observing the clinical curative efficacy.Methods 132 patients with active phase of common rheumatic disease were tested for immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM,complement C3,C4,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate,white blood cells and platelet parameters,and the results were compared with those in the patients with rheumatic stable phase after treatment and healthy individuals.The statistical analysis was performed.Results CRP,platelet distribution width and large platelet proportion in the rheumatic active phase were higher than those in the stable phase and recovery phase(P<0.01).Conclusion The platelet distribution width,large platelet ratio and CRP have significant correlation with the rheumatic active phase,which can be used as the sensitive test indicators for observing the curative effects and monitoring the disease course in rheumatic active phase.
