| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨空腹血糖(Glu)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在血糖控制和监测过程的相互关系及作用.方法 分别以己糖激酶法、果糖胺氮蓝四唑法、离子交换高效液相色谱法检测100例患者的Glu、GSP、HbA1c,同时检测50例健康人作为健康对照.结果 实验组的三项结果都高于健康对照组,且Glu、GSP、HbA1c相互间均呈正相关性,血糖控制组:rGlu/HbA1c=0.32,rGlu/GSP=0.51,rHbA1c/GSP=0.78;血糖未控制组:rGlu/HbA1c=0.45,rGlu/GSP=0.65,rHbA1c/GSP=0.88.结论 3项指标联合检测能更准确地反映患者的血糖控制水平,为临床医师的治疗提供更为客观的依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between fasting glucose（Glu） and glycosylated serum protein（GSP） with glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c） in blood sugar control and monitoring course.Methods Glu,GSP and HbA1c in 100 patients were detected by HK,NBT and HPLC.And 50 healthy people were detected as control.Results The detection results of three indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,showing mutual positive correlations among Glu,GSP and HbA1c.In Glu control group：rGlu/HbA1c=0.32,rGlu/GSP=0.51,rHbA1c/GSP=0.78.In Glu uncontrolled group：rGlu/HbA1c=0.45,rGlu/GSP=0.65,rHbA1c/GSP=0.88.Conclusion Combination detection of three indicators can more accurately reflect the control level of glucose and provide more objective basis to clinical doctors. |
