| 摘 要： | 目的 了解结核患者抗结核治疗过程中尿酸、胱抑素C(Cys C)的变化情况.方法 采用罗氏P800全自动生化分析仪对108例结核患者和122例非结核健康对照人群进行尿酸、Cys C的检测.结果 结核患者与健康对照组比较,尿酸、Cys C有较大升高.结论 结核患者抗结核治疗过程中,尿酸、Cys C与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the change status of uric acid and cystatin C(Cys C) in tuberculosis patients during antitubercular treatment course.Methods The Roche P800 automatic biochemistry analyzer was used to detect uric acid and Cys C in 108 cases of tuberculosis and 122 cases of non-tuberculosis health people as control.Results Compared with the healthy controls,uric acid and Cys C in tuberculosis group were increased much more.Conclusion During antitubercular treatment course,uric acid and Cys-C in tuberculosis patients have statistical difference compared with the healthy controls. |
