| 摘 要： | 目的观察和评价含力克菲蒺及加替沙星联合化疗方案对耐多药结核病(MDR-TB)的疗效。方法将62例耐多药肺结核病患者随机分为试验组31例和对照组31例;化疗方案:试验组以力克菲蒺(D)及加替沙星(G)为主,联合丙硫异烟胺(Pt)、吡嗪酰胺(Z)、阿米卡星(K)、乙胺丁醇(E);对照组用丙硫异烟胺、吡嗪酰胺、阿米卡星、乙胺丁醇,疗程均为24个月。结果试验组痰菌阴转率65%,对照组痰菌阴转率32%,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论含力克菲蒺及加替沙星方案治疗耐多药肺结核病有助于患者痰菌阴转和病灶吸收好转,药物不良反应低,值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and evaluate the treatment effect of the regimen which contains the Pasiniazid(D) and the Gatifloxacin (G) for multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-TB) cases.
