阿昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑膜炎临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的:分析阿昔洛韦在小儿病毒性脑膜炎中的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年8月2013年6月于本院进行治疗的76例病毒性脑膜炎患儿为研究对象,将76例患儿随机分为对照组(利巴韦林组,38例)和观察组(阿昔洛韦组,38例),比较两组患儿治疗前和治疗后第3天、第7天的细胞免疫指标及血清、脑脊液神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素一6(IL一6)及基质金属蛋白酶一9(MMP一9)的水平。结果:观察组治疗后第3天、第7天的细胞免疫指标均优于观察组治疗前及对照组治疗后,而治疗后第3天、第7天的血清、脑脊液NSE、PCT、IL一6及MMP一9水平均低于观察组治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论:阿昔洛韦在小儿病毒性脑膜炎中的疗效相对较佳,对于改善神经功能及控制炎症均有积极的作用,且患儿的免疫状态也呈现出持续改善的状态。

Effect and safety of acyclovir in treatment of children with viral meningitis
Abstract:Objective= To study and analyze the effect and safety of acyclovir in the treatment of children with viral meningitis. Methods. A total of 76 children with viral meningitis in our hospital from August 2010 to June 2013 were selected as research object,and 76 cases were randomly divided into control group(ribavirin group)and observation group(acyclovir group)by half. Cellular immunity indexes and ser- um,cerebrospinal fluid NSE,PCT, IL-6 and MMP-9 of two groups were determined before the treatment and on the third,seventh day after the treatment. Results= The cellular immunity indexes of observation group on the third and seventh day after the treatment were all significantly better than those of observa- tion group before the treatment and those of control group after the treatment serum and cerebrospinal fluid NSE,PCT,IL-6 and MMP-9 after the treatment were all significantly lower than those of observation group before the treatment and those of control group after the treatment (all P0.05). Oonclusion .. The effect of acyclovir in the treatment of children with viral meningitis is relatively better. It plays an active role in improving the nerve function and controlling the inflammation. And the immunity state of children is continuously improved.
