摘    要:目的:探讨高果糖饮食与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法:采用高果糖饮食诱导构建胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)大鼠模型。SD大鼠用普通标准饲料适应性喂养1w后检测空腹胰岛素(FINS)浓度。按大鼠体重分层随机抽出10只为对照组(C组),继续用普通标准饲料喂养;其余50只为IR模型组(IR组),用高果糖饲料喂养,两组大鼠均分笼喂养10周,其间每2周测体重、血压及空腹血糖(FBS);于第4、8、10周断尾取血检测FINS浓度,比较所得数据。结果:对照组大鼠FBS、FINS及胰岛素抵抗(HOMA—IR)均无明显变化;IR组大鼠FBS、FINS及HOMA—IR呈进行性升高趋势。结论:高果糖饮食与胰岛素抵抗明确相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between high fructose diet and insulin resist- ance. Methods: Use high fructose diet to induce and establishan insulin resistance rat models. Test FINS after feeding SD rats with ordinary standard feed stuff for 1 week, then selected 10 rats as control group and continued to feed with ordinary standard feed stuff (group C). The other 50 rats were used as IR mod- el (group IR). Group C and IR group were fed separately for 10 weeks. Recorded weight, blood pressure, and FBS, detected FINS on week 4, 8 and 10, and compared these data. Results: No significant changes of FBS, FINS and HOMA-IR are found in group C, while FBS, FINS and HOMA-IR showed an increasing trend in group IR. Conclusion: High fructose diet is explicitly correlated with insulin resistance.
