氨溴索对重症肺炎患儿肺功能及血清细胞因子的影响

目的：研究氨溴索对重症肺炎患儿肺功能及血清细胞因子的影响。方法：选取2012年4月～2013年7月本院收治的84例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象，84例患儿随机分为对照组（常规重症肺炎治疗组，42例）和观察组（常规重症肺炎治疗加氨溴索组，42例），比较两组患者治疗前和治疗后2、5d的肺功能与疾病血清相关因子。结果：观察组治疗后2、5d的肺功能指标优于对照组，血清炎性及其他方面相关指标也均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05），两组患儿治疗后不同时间点的上述指标之间差异有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论：氨溴索可有效改善重症肺炎患儿的肺功能，并对血清细胞因子发挥积极的影响。

Influence of ambroxol on pulmonary function and serum cytokines of children with severe pneumonia

Objective- To investigate the influence of ambroxol on pulmonary tunctlon ana serum cytokines of children with severe pneumonia. Methods：A total of 84 children with severe pneumonia in our hospital from April 2012 to July 2013 were selected as research object,and 84 children were randomly di- vided into control group（routine severe pneumonia treatment group）and observation group（routine severe pneumonia treatment and ambroxol group） by half. The pulmonary function and disease related serum cy- tokines of two groups before the treatment and on the 2nd and 5th day after the treatment were compared. Results. The pulmonary function indexes of observation group on the 2nd and 5th day after the treatment were respectively better than those of control group on the 2nd and 5th day after the treatment,and serum inflammatory and other related indexes were all lower than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in those indexes of two groups at different time after the treatment. Conclu- sion：Ambroxol can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children with severe pneumonia, and it also plays an active role in improvement of serum cytokines.
