木犀草素对高脂血症大鼠血脂、血糖及氧化应激指标的影晌

目的：探讨木犀草素对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂、血糖及氧化应激反应的影响。方法：将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、木犀草素高剂量组、木犀草素中剂量组、木犀草素低剂量组，每组各12例。正常对照组喂养普通饲料，其他各组喂饲高脂饲料建立高脂血症模型，分别将木犀草素以1．5g·L-1、3g·L-1和6g·L-1的剂量在喂养高脂饲料的同时每天上午灌胃给药。结果：木犀草素能明显降低高脂血症大鼠总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、丙二醛（MDA）、血糖，升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL．C）、总抗氧化能力（T—AOC）、巯基（SH）、一氧化氮（NO）。结论：木犀草素能有效预防实验性高脂血症大鼠脂代谢紊乱，降低其血糖水平和氧化应激水平。

Effect of Luteolin on Blood Lipid,Blood Glucose and Oxidative Stress Index of Hyperlipidemia Rats

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Luteolin on blood lipid, blood glucose and oxidative stress index of hyperlipidemia rats. Methods ：60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, high dose Luteolin group, medium dose Luteolin group and low dose Luteolin group,12 cases in each group. The normal control group was given common feed and other groups were giv- en high fat feed to establish hyperlipidemia model. Lnteolin was given by intragastric administration respectively of 1.5 g ~ L-l ,3 g ~ L-~ and 6 g ~ L-~ when given high fat feed every morning. Resuhs：Luteolin can significantly reduce the total cholesterol（TC） ,triacylg- lycerol （ TG）, low density lipoprotein cholestorol （ LDL-C ）, malondialdehyde （ MDA）, blood sugar and increase the high density lipopro- rein cholesferol （ HDL-C）, total oxidizing ability （ T-AOC）, sulfhydryl （SH） and nitric oxide （NO）. Conclusion ： Luteelin can effectively prevent the lipid disorders and decrease the blood sugar level and oxidative stress level.
