厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平或氢氯噻嗪治疗老年性高血压病临床疗效分析

目的：比较厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平或氢氯噻嗪联合治疗老年性高血压的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年1月2013年2月我院收治的120例原发性老年高血压患者，随机分为两组，氨氯地平组（64例）给予厄贝沙坦和氨氯地平治疗，氢氯噻嗪组（56例）给予厄贝沙坦和氢氯噻嗪组治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：两组24h平均收缩压（SBP）、24h平均舒张压（DBP）和24h平均脉压（PP）经过3个月治疗后均有明显降低（P〈0．05）；氢氯噻嗪组24hDBP和24hPP与氨氯地平组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组血钾、血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而氨氯地平组肌酐、尿酸水平明显低于氢氯噻嗪组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。厄贝沙坦与氨氯地平或氢氯噻嗪联合使用不良反应均相对较少。结论：厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平或氢氯噻嗪都能有效降低老年性高血压，两药联合使用不良反应少，应根据患者病情选择最佳治疗方案。

Effects of irbesartan combined with amlodipine or hydrochlorothiazide on senile hypertensive patients

Objective= To compare the clinical effects of irbesartan combined with amlodipine or hydrochlorothiazide on senile hypertensive patients. Methods= A total of 120 primary senile hypertensive patients who received treatment in our hospital from Jan 2010 to Feb 2013 were selected. All patients were randomized into two groups, amlodipine group （combined treatment withirbesartan and amlodipine, n= 64） and hydrochlorothiazide group （combined treatment withi rbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide, n=56）. The effect was compared. Results. 24 h systolic blood pressure, 24 h average diastolic blood pressure （DBP） and 24 h pulse pressure （PP） was significantly decreased in both groups （P0.05） after 3 months. There was significant difference in 24 h DBP and 24 h PP between two group after treatment （P%0.05）. There were no difference in kalium, glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride between the two groups （P）
