| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者血流动力学及应激反应的影响。方法：选取本院进行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的74例患者为研究对象，然后将74例患者随机分为对照组（瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚组）37例和观察组（舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚组）37例，然后将两组不同时间的无痛率、不良情况发生率及不同时间点的血流动力学、血清应激指标进行比较。结果：观察组不同时间的无痛率高于对照组，不良情况发生率低于对照组，插管即刻、术中5min及术后5rain的HR、SBP、DBP及血清应激指标均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者中的效果更好，且患者的血流动力学及应激反应更为平稳。

| Abstract: | Objective= To investigate and study the influence of sufentanil combined with propofol for the hemodynamics and stress reaction of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods：A total of 74 patients with laparoscopic choleeysteetomy in our hospital from August 2011 to June 2013 were se- lected and randomly divided into control group（remifentanil combined with propofol group, n=37 cases） and observation group（sufentanil combined with propofol group, n= 37 cases）,then the anodynia rates at different times,adverse reactions rate, hemodynamics and serum stress indexes at different times of two groups were compared.
