两种不同药物联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的前瞻性研究

目的：评价口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合口服双氯酚酸钠或关节内注射透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：将120例诊断为膝骨性关节炎的患者随机分为两组，A组（口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖＋口服双氯酚酸钠组）和B组（口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖＋关节内注射透明质酸钠组），每组60例。两组均治疗5周。停药后观察2周。收集两组治疗期间膝关节炎病人疼痛指数（Lequesne）评分和视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分，来评估治疗前后膝关节症状变化程度。结果：治疗5周后，两组Lequesne总指数比治疗前均有明显下降，分别为3．5±1．2、3．3±1．4。VAS评分治疗5周后两组分别下降到1．9±1．0、2．2±1．1。与治疗前相比，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖和关节内注射透明质酸钠对膝骨性关节炎具有更好的疗效。

A prospective study of two different drugs combined with hydrochloride hyaluronic acid on knee osteoarthritis

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with two different drugs in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods. Totally 120 patients suffer- ing from knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups, which were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride plus diclofennacs sodium （group A, n=60 cases） and glucosamine hydrochloride combined with hyaluronic acid （group B, n=60 cases）, both for two weeks. Lequesne index and VAS score were re- corded to evaluate symptoms of knee osteoarthritis. Results. After 5 weeks of treatment, Lequesne index were obviously decreased （3.5±1.2 vs. 3.3±1.4） respectively; VAS scores were 1.9±1.0,2.2±1. 1 showing significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Glucosamine hydrochloride combined with hyaluronie acid are more effective on knee osteoarthritis.
