穴位埋线治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床研究

目的：观察穴位埋线治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：将95例反复呼吸道感染患儿，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组49例和对照组46例。治疗组给予穴位埋线治疗，对照组口服匹多莫德口服液，3个月为1个疗程，1a后观察其临床疗效及患儿治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM免疫指标变化情况。结果：对照组有效率为71．74％，治疗组有效率为87．76％，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；血清IgA、IgG水平均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：穴位埋线治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效确切，且能升高患儿血清Iga、IgG水平。

Clinical Research of Catgut Implantation at Acupoint in Treating Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of catgut implantation at acupoint in treating recurrent respiratory tract infec-tions in children. Methods ： 95 cases with recurrent respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into treatment group （49 cases） and control group （46 cases）. The treatment group was given catgut implantation at acupoint and the control group was given oral pidot＊ imod, 3 months as one course of treatment. Observed the clinical curative effect and the index of serum immune globulin IgG, IgA, IgM of children before and after treatment after one year. Results ：The effective rate was 71. 74% in control group and 87. 76% in treatment group. Compared the effective rate of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05） . The serum IgA and IgG levels of treatment group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Catgut implan-tation at acupoint in treating recurrent respiratory tract infections in children has indeed curative effect and can heighten the serum IgA and IgG levels of children.
