复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者雌激素和孕激素水平变化测定及其临床意义

目的：探讨复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者雌激素和孕激素水平变化情况，以了解其对患者机体的影响情况。方法：选取于本院进行诊治的27例妊娠期复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者为A组，同期的27例健康妊娠期孕妇为B组，27例非妊娠期健康妇女为C组，然后将三组人员的雌二醇、雌三醇及孕酮水平进行检测与比较。结果：A组雌二醇、雌三醇及孕酮水平分别为（2021．354±241．67）pmol／L、（12．35±1．21）nnlol/L和（159．36±7．85）nmol／L，低于13组的（3652．17±451．84）pmol／L、（16．26±1．59）nmol/L。和（227．56±10．34）nmol／L，同时高于C组的（102．59±4．58）pmol／L（0．41±0．08）nmol／L和（10．25±2．59）nmol/L，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：妊娠期复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者雌激素和孕激素水平低于健康孕妇，但高于非妊娠期妇女，应给予针对性干预。

Changes of estrogen and progesterone in patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis and its clinical significance

Objective= To investigate the changes of estrogen and progesterone m pauents with re- current candidal vaginitis in order to understand its influence on patients. Methods= A total of 27 patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis during pregnancy who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from Ju- ly 2011 to January 2013 were selected as group A, 27 healthy pregnant women and 27 non-pregnancy healthy women were also selected as group B and group C, then the estradiol, estriol and progesterone of three groups were detected and compared. Results. The estradiol,estriol and progesterone of group A were （2 021.35241.67）pmol/L,（12.35- 1.21）nmol/[. and （159.36--4-_7.85）nmol/L,and they were all lower than （3 652.17451.84）pmol/L, （16. 264__1. 59）nmol/L and （227.56--4-_10. 34）nmol/L of group B,and they were higher than（102.594.58）pmol/L,（0.410.08）nmol/L and （10.252.59）nmol/I. of group C. The differences were all significant （P0.05）. Conclusion= Levels of estrogen and progesterone of pa- tients with recurrent candidal vaginitis during pregnancy are lower than those of healthy pregnant women, while they are higher than those of non-pregnancy women, so intervention measures should be applied ac- cordingly.
