舒芬太尼复合盐酸右美托咪定对脊柱手术患者术后应激指标及疼痛状态的影响

目的：探讨舒芬太尼复合盐酸右美托咪定对脊柱手术患者术后应激指标及疼痛状态的影响程度。方法：选取本院进行脊柱手术治疗的98例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（舒芬太尼组）49例和观察组（舒芬太尼复合盐酸右美托咪定组）49例,然后将两组患者术后不同时间的VRS评分及手术前后的免疫应激及应激激素水平进行比较。结果：观察组术后6、12及24h的VRS评分均好于对照组,手术后1、3d与5d的免疫应激及应激激素指标也均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：舒芬太尼复合盐酸右美托咪定可有效控制脊柱手术患者术后应激反应,并改善术后疼痛状态。

Study on the influence of sufentanil combining with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride on stress indexes and pain state of patients after the spinal operation

Objective：To study the influence of sufentanil combining with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride on stress indexes and pain state of patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods：A total of 98patients scheduled for spinal surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group（sufentanil group, n=49cases）and observation group（sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride group,n= 49cases）,then the VRS score at different time after the operation and immunological stress,stress hormone indexes before and after the operation were compared.Results：The VRS score of observation group at 6th,12th and 24th hour after the operation were all significantly better than those of control group,the immunological stress and stress hormone indexes at 1st,3rd and 5th day after the operation were all better than those of control group（Pall0.05）.Conclusion：The sufentanil combining with dexmedetomidine hydrochloride can effectively control the stress reaction of patients after the spinal operation,and it can significantly relieve pain after the operation.
