化腐再生内治法治疗糖尿病足

糖尿病足属本虚标实之证，由于湿、痰、浊、瘀、膏、脂等淤积于经络，阻塞经络而成。“湿、痰、瘀、浊、膏、脂”统称为“腐”。化腐再生法是据糖尿病足“营卫不和、络脉闭塞”的病因病机制定的治疗方法，根据辨证结果选用具有化湿、化痰、化瘀、泄脂等功用的药物“化腐”，同时选用具有益气养阴、活血通络作用的药物，鼓动孙络、浮络的再通而发挥“再生”的作用。根据患者的病情可化腐再生并用，或先侧重化腐，或先侧重再生，从而达到改善糖尿病足“营卫不和、经络闭塞”的状态，改善患者症状。本研究首次提出了化腐再生法治疗糖尿病足的理论基础，丰富了糖尿病足内治法。

HuafuZaisheng Endotherapy Therapy in Treating Diabetic Foot

The Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine University, Tianjin China 300150 Abstract ： Diabetic foot is a disease of asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality caused by dampness，phlegm，turbid，blood stasis， mastic, fat deposition in channels and collaterals, such as blocking meridians. Dampness，phlegm，turbid，blood stasis，mastic and fat are collectively called ■’ corruption” . HuafuZaisheng therapy is established according to Ying-Wei disharmony and collaterals block system of etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic foot. Choose drugs of dissipating dampness, eliminating sputum，removing blood stasis and draining grease according to differentiating zheng results to dissipate corruption. Choose drugs of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin and pro-moting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction to excite the recanalization of minute collateral and superficial collaterals. Use combination HuafuZaisheng therapy，or emphasis on Huafu or Zaisheng according to acromegalic pathogenetic condition to improve the condition of Ying-Wei disharmony and collaterals block system as well as symptoms of patients. This paper first puts forward the rationa-le of HuafuZaisheng therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot and enriches endotherapy therapy of diabetic foot.
