康莱特联合GP方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌25例

目的：观察康莱特联合GP方案治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法：将48例老年非小细胞肺癌患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组23例和治疗组25例。对照组应用GP方案吉西他滨静脉滴注，l000mg·m一，第1天、第8天给药；顺铂静脉滴注，第1天至第3天给予30mg·m一。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用康莱特注射液100mL，每日1次，静脉滴注。21d为1个周期；比较两组近期疗效，Kamofsky（KPS）评分及不良反应发生情况。结果：对照组有效率为40．0％，治疗组有效率为43．3％，两组有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。KPS评分治疗组与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组与对照组不良反应比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：康莱特联合GP方案可以显著改善老年非小细胞癌患者KPS评分，且安全性好。

Kanglaite Combined with GP in the Treatment of 25 cases of Senile Non-small-cell Lung Carcinoma

Objective ： To explore the near future effect and influence on life quality of Kanglaite combined with GP in the treatment of se-nile non-small-cell lung carcinoma. Methods ： 48 cases with senile non-small-cell lung carcinoma were divided into control group （n = 23） and treatment group（n =25）. The control group was given GP program of Gemcitabine 1 000 mg ？ m-2 , intravenous drip,first and eighth day；Cisplatin,intravenous drip, 1 -3 days to 1 000 mg ？ m~2. The control group was given Kanglaite injection 100ml based on the control group,once daily，intravenous drip,21 days as one cycle. Results：The effective rate was 40% in control group and 43. 3% in treatment group. Compared of the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉0. 05） . Compared the KPS score of two groups, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared the adverse reactions of two groups, the difference was statisti-cally significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Kanglaite combined with GP program can significantly improve the KPS score of patients with good security.
