| 摘 要： | 目的：观察桂枝茯苓汤合五味消毒饮加减联合抗生素治疗急性附睾炎的t临床疗效。方法：将80例急性附睾炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组给予头孢他啶，每次2g，每日2次，静脉滴注；治疗在对照组的基础上加用桂枝茯苓汤合五味消毒饮治疗。结果：对照组的有效率为35％，治疗组的有效率为65％，两组有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：桂枝茯苓汤合五味消毒饮加减联合抗生素可显著提高急性附睾炎的临床疗效。
